Apexstallion is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
Section 1 – Eligibility & Account
Age requirement. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Account information. When you create an account or make a purchase, you agree to: provide accurate, complete, and current information; maintain the security of your account credentials; notify us immediately of any unauthorized access; and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person.
Section 2 – Product Information
Product descriptions. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, colors and appearance may vary based on your device settings; we do not guarantee that product appearance will exactly match images; and all product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
Product availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, limit quantities available to any person or geographic region, and modify product specifications or ingredients as needed.
Health & safety statements. Our dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Consult your healthcare provider before using our products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Section 3 – Orders & Purchases
Placing orders. When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase; your order is not confirmed until we send you an order confirmation email; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order; and we must receive payment before processing your order.
Order cancellations. Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing your order through our contact page. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned per our Return Policy.
Personal use only. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only, not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 – Pricing & Payment
Pricing. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are additional and calculated at checkout.
Promotions. Special promotions may have separate terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
Payment information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and represent that it is true and correct, that you are authorized to use the payment method, that charges will be honored by your financial institution, and that you will pay all charges at posted prices including taxes and shipping.

Important: We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which includes our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, return procedures and requirements, refund processing times, and damaged or defective product procedures.

Trademark notice. Apexstallion's names, logos, and product names are trademarks of KWEFI ECOM LLC. Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify Inc. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

If you submit reviews, suggestions, ideas, or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such feedback for any purpose, including commercial use.
You represent and warrant that you own or have rights to all feedback submitted, that it does not violate any third-party rights, that it complies with these Terms, and that you have disclosed any compensation received for your feedback. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove feedback we determine to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party sites, your interactions with them, or products or services purchased from third parties. We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties; your use of third-party tools is at your own risk.
Section 10 – Relationship with Shopify
Important notice: Apexstallion is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform for our Services. However, all sales are made directly between you and KWEFI ECOM LLC; Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of our sales or products; and you release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases from Apexstallion. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify collects certain information to provide and improve the platform.

Health products disclaimer. Our dietary supplements are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary. Consult a healthcare professional before use. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so portions of this disclaimer may not apply to you.
Section 14 – Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KWEFI ECOM LLC, OUR PARTNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES, AS WELL AS SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; any damages arising from your use of our Services or products; or any damages from errors, omissions, or content on our Services.
Maximum liability. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so this limitation may not fully apply to you.
Section 15 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KWEFI ECOM LLC, Shopify Inc., and our respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use of our Services or products.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you remain liable for all amounts due through the termination date, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, and you must cease all use of our Services.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KWEFI ECOM LLC regarding the Services.
Severability. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction or notice to you.
Changes to Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Section 18 – Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Casper, Wyoming for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services. Before filing a lawsuit, we encourage you to contact us through our contact page to seek an informal resolution.
Section 19 – Errors & Corrections
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our Services at any time, including product descriptions or specifications, pricing information, availability, and promotional offers. We may cancel orders affected by such errors, even after order confirmation.
